1. General Provisions

These Terms govern the use of pryntox.com (the "Site") and the purchase of online courses. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Operator: pryntox.com LLC (EDRPOU 14190332), Business Center 'Horizon', 12 Khreshchatyk Street, Office 305, Kyiv, 01054, Ukraine. Governed by the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII of 03.09.2015, Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023, Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3635-IX of 25.04.2024.

2. Use of the Website

You must use the Site lawfully and not misuse it. All content is owned by pryntox.com LLC or licensors. Advertising is truthful under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR of 03.07.1996. Disclaimers apply where required.

3. Course Enrollment

Provide accurate information. Enrollment is confirmed upon payment. We may refuse enrollment for violations.

4. Payment Terms

Prices are in the currency shown at checkout, including taxes unless stated. Payment is required before access. pryntox.com LLC is a single tax payer; VAT may be added if required.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancel within 14 days of purchase if you accessed less than 20% of materials. Email contact@pryntox.com. Refunds within 14 business days to the original method. After 20% access, no refund except as required by law.

6. Liability

pryntox.com LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the course. Courses are educational; no specific results guaranteed.

7. Dispute Resolution

Contact us first at contact@pryntox.com or +380 638 296 3597. If unresolved, consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent authority is the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection (Derzhprodspozhyvsluzhba). Courts of Ukraine also available. Per the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX of 10.06.2023.

9. Changes to These Terms
